They offer opportunities for training and mentorship. They are moving the company in a clear direction with software architecture that can be scalable. A few growing pains. They have a architecture teams that help unify their code and tech stack across the board. They try to be fair across the board.

Cons

Most of their new job positions are hybrid, and not open to remote workers.
