Pros

'Nationwide Nice' is a real thing. Everyone seems pleasant to work with, The worklife balance, flexibility, bonus, benefits are all a big plus. Hybrid remote work gives it a competetive advantage.

Cons

Pay isn't as high as other companies but at least you get annual raises and bonus. Moving up isn't as easy despite their career development programs. RTO and increased office days after going back on their word they wouldn't.

Cons

No room for growth. Not allowing remote workers to fill current positions anymore even though I have worked here for 7 years
