Pros

Offers a great work-life balance, which allows me to manage my time effectively. I also work with fantastic colleagues who create a collaborative and supportive environment.

Cons

Fewer opportunities for growth within the company, which can be limiting when it comes to career advancement. Additionally, the work environment sometimes feels restricted in terms of creativity, making it challenging to explore and implement innovative ideas.

Pros

Good company culture. Almost everyone is from Columbus OH and has known each other for years.

Cons

During Covid they dragged out hiring people on contact to full time employees so all new hires were paid terribly. They never provided inflation adjustments even though we were told for over a year we would be getting one.
