Relaxed work culture, some friendly people

Cons

Inexperienced mid level management, inconsistent processes and frequent changes to process and structure, Older technologies used, it takes a long time to make a small change in this organization, they are not as aggressive as they need to be to survive

Trying to branch out and provide work from home opportunities.

Cons

Management has no clue. They tell you to do one thing and then don't have your back when it's wrong. They hang you out to dry to take fault for their wrong decisions, they claim all the glory and recognition for their employees achievements.
