      I liked working at Nationwide and the work/life balance was great.

      Cons

      Sonority rules at Nationwide. Don't expect much unless you've been there for quite a while, They will use seniority as an excuse to pass you over for a new opportunity even if your metrics are surpassing the seasoned employees selected. Additionally you'll be one of the first ones on the chopping block when it comes to lay offs.
