Pros

The best office culture you will find - Everyone is a joy to work with, and the approach to work is merit based and very laid back. I've never had an interpersonal problem and team members are always a joy to work with. Additionally, there is a lot of room to step up to the plate if you're a motivated employee. Management is always keeping an eye out for those who like to take on more responsibility.

Cons

Job roles can sometimes be less defined than you would like. Compensation is lower than you might get on the coasts.

Pros

Ability to move around depending on personal interests, and project availability. Lots of schedule flexibility, makes a big difference with a young family.

Cons

Its a BIG company, they talk Agile, but are very slow with any non trivial change.

Pros

Easy-going and friendly atmosphere. On the job learning is good too.

Cons

Pay is less and they are not e-verified so international students can't get their OPT extended.
