Company refuses to pay extra during covid-19 pandemic

they have good personal protective equipment

Cons

They don't care about their employees financial well being. We are working during a pandemic. We are essential workers and they would rather spend money to give care packages to other companies. We are forced to put our safety on the line so we can pay our bills. While every other company is giving their essential workers 2 dollars more an hour, hazard pay, or bonuses. Natures way just gives us sandwiches as a peace offering.

Pros

Great benefits for dental, vision. High deductible insurance. 30 day wait for insurance. PTO available right away but prorated based on time of the year you were hired. Good number of paid holidays.

Cons

Experience will depend on who your supervisor is. If they do not like you they will find a way to make your life miserable and try to get you fired.
