      Pros

      This was a great place to work. There are great leaders in this company who have both the technical expertise and relationship/management skills to lead, especially in the Regulatory/Science teams. Co-workers are friendly, welcoming and you always feel like you are working together as part of a bigger team. The company stays committed to doing the right thing which makes you feel good about the work you're doing. The company also had a great response to COVID by adapting to work-from-home smoothly and providing test kits regularly. Work life balance was also good.

      Cons

      As with many companies during "the great resignation/reshuffle," lots of turnover occurred in the marketing org for whatever reason. Pay and benefits are good when compared to other supplement companies, but are lacking when compared to food/nutrition companies of larger scale.
