      Pros

      People are great to work with. A lot of opportunity for success when initiative is taken. The benefits are very good (health & fitness reimbursement, on-site workout facility, reasonable insurance). Work hours are very flexible. Great outlook for growth as a company.

      Pay on the lower end of market average. Very conservative decision making.

      These are great people to work with. The company continues to grow, and there are always lots of IT projects to work on.

      Cons

      Leadership and marketing have no idea how to utilize the web to further their brands. Some in leadership avoid confrontation, to the detriment of their teams at times.

      great place to work, family friendly, flexible with time off. Great pay and benefits. would recommend to anyone looking for a job

      management could be a little more understanding when deadlines are not met due to time constraints. Sometimes the work load is unreasonable for setting tight timelines
