Pros

Cutting edge technology Career development Constantly learning new engineering principles

Cons

I work on average 60 hours weeks and most weekends. However my pay structure is salary and I do not make OT. There are too many people here willing to devote their life’s to company. It’s looked down upon or impossible to work normal hours.

Pros

Work life balance Some work from home opportunities

Cons

Some managers don't align with others even within the same groups Pay is low--I do 3-4x the workload but make less than someone in a lower bracket even with more experience and more applicable Masters degree.
