Some of the down sides about this job,is that we only get paid bi weekly, we also gotta take lunch too early in the day

Heavy into 'good-ol boy' network. Management a bit ossified...willing to ignore and cover up EEO violations. Not always looking for the best, most creative solutions to improve processes. Finding best solution and saving tax payer dollars takes a very low priority. Like the VA or IRS, management can be inept and corrupt - and they will stay in place long after they have moved an employee out who challenges the status quo.
