      NAVSEA is a great place to work and offers Hybrid work with the potential for ready days off as well. The Navy Yard is also a great on-site location

      Decent place to work, you get COLA, incentive pay, as well as bonus. Doesn’t compete with small business but it’s job security.

      Cons

      Kind of a pain to move around to other projects, unless you network and do rotations. Some of the management is lacking
