Since joining the team, I’ve been lucky to work on a range of projects that keep things interesting. There’s a strong support system here; if I ever need guidance, I know where to turn. Management is transparent, and there’s a lot of encouragement for professional development. It’s also a very inclusive place where everyone feels valued.
