Pros

After working for a large business for more than 25 years, I left to join Navarro and have never looked back. A woman-minority-owned small business, our local and corporate management value and respect their employees as demonstrated by incentives, including a simple "thank you" more often than I was used to in my previous job. Corporate management's charitable work for local and global communities shows that Navarro cares.

Cons

No "downsides" to a job that I hope will take me to retirement.

Cons

Extremely inept management depends on their skilled work force who they treat terribly and use to hide behind their poor management decisions. No communication or advancement from within. Completely oppressive and reactive environment.
