Pros

The employees are great and most really want to do a good job.

Cons

The communication isn't great and it's a very reactive place. Many things get put on the back burner until there is a corrective actions and then it's super important and must get done immediately. There are also way too many corrective actions. They don't solve the problems.

The employees are wonderful, the carryover from previous contract employees are great.

Cons

The Navarro management and staff that are in Tennessee, are not employee friendly and could care less about the people, just show them the money.
