      Pros

      Program Managers are respectful of and attuned to employee's needs. The support organizations (e.g., benefits, timekeeping, finance, marketing) are knowledgeable and normally prompt in support and responses to requests for information.

      Cons

      Much more information transfer across programs, especially regarding opportunities and capabilities. Reduce stove piping.

      Pros

      It truly feels like a family. It is supportive and the employees that I personally know want the company to do well, to succeed, and grow. I think our management is employee friendly and supportive of employee needs. I feel like I can go to my manager and tell them what I need.

      A company always has room for improvement. Trust your leadership, don’t micromanage, and listen to your employees.

      Navarro doesn’t understand the word “bonus.”

      They paid me on time.

      Cons

      Retiring end of the year. Got a great performance evaluation. Asked about bonuses. Was told by my boss that he was giving me a bonus by basically letting me take PTO for the next 2 weeks and getting holiday pay for Christmas and New Year’s Day. That is NOT a bonus. Cheapest company ever.
