Navartis has been one of the best employers I have had in my career. I am new to the recruitment scene but with the hands-on training and support from the entire team it has made my new career enjoyable and successful so far. As I work from the Australian office, the relationship between the UK team is outstanding, with on-going support from the Directors, HR and recruitment team give us a homely feel while at work.

Cons

At this stage there is no cons to comment. The way management is set and business structure I can honestly say I have not had any cons.
