      Best to Leave After a Year - Toronto Location

      Pros

      Snacks and downtown location, near transit and the downtown core. But be aware this is a shared space office. Useful to put on resume as experience.

      Cons

      If you thrive in a work environment where you are frequently criticized by your manager (as there were two separate recruitment teams during my tenure), then this may be the suitable place for you. However, it is important to note that the management there exhibited a lack of direction and exhibited a tyrannical approach. Despite performing above or close to your peers, you will be berated by a manager just for being a new guy. There were constant discussions about expansion and the potential for increased team size and management opportunities. Nevertheless, the high turnover rate was a persistent issue. This is not surprising considering the management’s treatment of employees. Loyalty and hard work are not rewarded, and management will readily replace you with someone else.

      Excellent senior management, training and support

      Excellent training, management & support. Commission structure is great and the opportunities to increase your base salary over very short periods is excellent. Unlike how a lot of companies are doing it. The management truly care about your success and will take time aside to mentor and push you in the right way to keep improving. Plenty of directory level members have been heavily involved in my training & development and are very supportive. Best management team I could ask for. In terms of management opportunities, they are excellent. Once a proven biller, the opportunities are available for those who want to take on the challenge. Great end of quarter events every 3 months, beautiful hotels and meals and nights out covered by the company. Great company
