Naven Health offers great scheduling flexibility, fantastic compensation and some really cool benefits. I feel so fortunate to wake up every morning and get paid to do what I love.

Cons

It took me a few months to build up my caseload when I first started working for Naven.

Allows for autonomy and control of your schedule. I have a great Regional Nurse Manager. Fair and competitive pay.

Cons

Training of new hires is sometimes challenging but that is part of the nature of this role - lining up training with actual start of work
