      dumb leadership, smart coworkers, lazy procedure

      Pros

      good place to stay with nice coworkers. if your goal is peaceful and slow life, it will be good choice, maybe.

      Cons

      do not expect salary increase if you are senior level. compare to competitors', you will never get more. And because of very dumb leadership, employees cannot make procedure. leaders don't decide anything, and don't learn or challenge new opportunities.
