A lot of smart people to work with. There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to getting in and out of work. Many of the workers go out to do some sport activity during lunchtime (1-2 hours).

Cons

It depends on who you are working with. Some groups are good. Some are not. The salary is a bit low.
