      Top Korean tech company, but dubious attitude towards employees

      Pros

      It is one of the top tech company that runs no.1 search portal in Korea. Not only does it have leading technology on search engine, but it also excels at AI speakers, speech recognition, translation, content recommendation and such.

      Cons

      It does have the best (highly opinionated) cafeteria inside the building, but that's all its got for employee welfare. It pays below-average salary among other tech companies, and seems to be cutting back on profit sharing and incentives. It also discourages developers suggesting new ideas.
