Pros

The advantage is that I can work with good colleagues. It is also good that the above direction is well shared below. Progressive decision-making is also quick.

Cons

The leader determines both the team atmosphere and the way they work. It's good to work when you meet a good leader, but it's hard to work when you meet a bad leader.
