      Pros

      I am a new employee to Navstar and I find that the corporate staff is very knowledgeable and helpful - from the recruiting process to new hire orientation. I really like the small environment and that the executive team all knows me by name!

      Cons

      More of an opportunity - continue to grow the business to provide more opportunities for employees.

      Pros

      As one of the newest members to the Navstar team, I have to say I have been very impressed with the employees and management of the company. Navstar went through some growing pains in 2010 and I believe the changes that took place were steps in the right direction to putting this company on the path of success.

      Cons

      Navstar is a small company setting itself up for significant growth. If you are not a flexible individual who can adapt to change, it's not the place for you.
