      Pros

      I've been in the DoD realm over 7 years now and I must say this is the best company I've ever worked for and I've been with several very good organizations. They truly care about their employees and offer amazing benefits (like no other company I've seen), PTO, and offer monthly perks including lunch, bonuses, and I can see that their focus is to strive to be a valuable company for the client and the employees, and this is evident from the top down. I am so glad I work here.

Navstar continues to evolve as a company and over the past year has made some changes to ensure our employees are connected and updated on our goals, objectives, successes and any upcoming changes. The CEO, COO and VP of Account Management personally visit each customer site on a regular basis to meet with our employees and discuss these updates which has made a big difference with our employees.

      Pros

      Competitive benefits and pay, great, mission focused contracts, winning more primes and new contracts every week it seems. They really listen to employee suggestions and the management is highly engaged with employees.

      Cons

      They are growing fast and are evolving a lot of policy and making improvements so there seems to be a good amount of change going on but it all seems to be positive.
