      Pros

      Navstar truly cares about their employees. They have very good communication with the field and I feel appreciated. The benefits are amazing and the recruiters are very knowledgeable. I have had a great experience with Navstar and is one of the best IT companies in the IC community.

      Cons

      None so far- They are a doing a great job!

      Pros

      Great benefits and an Executive team that truly cares for the employees. Navstar provides a phenomenal work-life balance, career growth opportunities, and an environment where people are valued for the work that they do. It is great to be part of a growing organization that shows this much respect for their workforce.

      - Company culture is the best to date - Opportunity for growth in the Company - CEO treats you like family and is very caring!

      - Minimal opportunities outside of CR metro area

I have recently invested in expanding our corporate team to include business development and proposal support to bid on more opportunities than ever before... which will provide additional jobs for our Allstars - also outside of the Metro area.
