Hello former employee, I'm truly saddened to read your review and, I'm also disappointed that you didn't feel comfortable enough to reach out to me or, anyone else on the executive team to discuss your issues and, concerns about Navstar. I realize we are not perfect, however we do always try our best to continuously improve and, be THE best place to work. That is truly our goal.
For any current or, future employees that may be reading this, please feel comfortable to come talk to me about any issues or, concerns about Navstar. My door is always open to you. I am at the customer site and, in meetings most of my day... however, I will always make time for any employee (current or, past) that requests to meet with me. We care about our employees and everyone's feedback matters to me and my executive team.
