      1) Free garage parking 2) On campus cafeteria 3) On campus gym 4) Job security 5) Discount from Verizon 6) Free food!

      Cons

      1) Management doesn't pay much attention 2) Favoritism runs high especially in advancement 3) Education often doesn't speak highly 4) Advancement is difficult - laced with favoritism by management 5) Parking gets to be tricky at times 6) Micro managing from under qualified management

      Pros

      Many training classes as you advance, lot of room for advancement, yearly increases based on performance. Many quality co-workers.

      Cons

      Starting to feel like a big bank even though they have members and not shareholders. At the mercy of members when they use the trigger words " I am contacting your CEO". Even if they are being very demeaning and/or unreasonable in demands, upper management acted like you immediately did something wrong.

      Pros

      Pay was awesome, especially for the area. The asthetics of the call center are great. I liked my work area and appreciated the thought that went into my comfort while at work.

      Cons

      There was rampant favoritism. Those who did nto mesh well, were curtly removed from the company. Also there was a lack of communication and accountability. Upper level management made it a practice of speaking down to Hourl employees while admitting that not only were they not able to do the job they insisted we do, they also had no desire to do the job, which is why they are in the position they are in...
