No Longer Looking out for Employees

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Work life balance, benefits, peers, company mission

Cons

Between the ITS leadership model and the rollout of enterprise job architecture, it is becoming crystal clear that Navy Federal is no longer looking out for their people, but creating manufactured hierarchy that seeks to push people down through organizational politics rather than lift them up. Dietrich (CEO) has created a toxic environment that's promoting the wrong behaviors.

Pros

Many Dept to work in, A food court, A gym, A Dr's office, floor to ceiling windows, wall length refrigerators, 2-4 massage chairs, free tea, clean keurigs & bthrm...

Cons

Bthrms are far from seating & going messes up the time table that's calculated against you min by min, gym & food court is farther away & ur lunch is shorter than it takes to get to them and back (again with the time allotment), some racist and/or Biased Mngrs that are normally chosen via unlearned, giddy behavior & nepotism vs learned or degree (Ex: waitresses can bypass a personal or mortgage Bank Specialist of 10yrs., making it difficult to ever get chosen from one dept to another. You are encouraged to sit in on Networking events, fun get away with higher ranked Specialist, but can sit years stuck while being bypassed by a new employee friend, diner cashier or lifeguard. If you speak to HR you'll get fired, so don't bother.
