      Pros

      I think this company is a good company and with a little bit more hands on and less none sense, it can be a great company. The people in charge, I mean the highest layer in the company, need to infiltrate the lower layers (branches/ local offices) because there is a lot of none sense going on.

      Cons

      I agree with reviews indicating that branches are out of touch. The culture is practically clicks. They have so many meetings and so many chat groups. Someone needs to explain to them the purpose of Microsoft team. The equipment crashes down a lot. Any updates will cause troubles and serious down time. The equipment is dated and should be replaced. I witnessed a lot of bizarre habits. I am just hoping that this location was messed up somehow.

      Great benefits. employees are seen as asset.

      Cons

      can be slow and bureaucratic sometimes since its a credit union. It has to deal with rules and regulations.

      Great coworkers and benefits. 7% 401k match.

      Cons

      Used to be hybrid-friendly. Raising to 3x/week and who knows how long until they increase again.
