Pros

We fill a niche in the market for customers to buy beautiful jewelry, watches and collectibles in all price points. We have fashion jewelry that is amazing as well as heirloom quality and generational pieces that will be worn for generations to come!

Cons

We were a 100% in office job pre covid and have transitioned to a WFH model... there are obvious growing pains in making this as effective as possible

Pros

Great income potential, benefits, little micromanagement from my manager- can’t speak for others. Good training, but a lot of it you have to learn while doing the job. Some things you can’t train for. You really get out of this what you put into it. They tell you up front that it takes a year or over to hit that six figure mark. So, plan for that. It’s sales. It’s a performance based job- if you perform you get perks. If you don’t perform, you probably shouldn’t be in sales.

Cons

Could use more PTO incentives, and higher company match for retirement.
