      Pros

      Small company, opportunity for advancement, I've worked in 3 departments in the 6 years I've been with the company. Weekly company meetings to cover data from each department. Employees are family

      Cons

      I've received 2 raises in the 6 years (not including job changes). Hardly recognized for work I've done. Unable to take PTO that i have earned because of lack of staff. Over worked and under appreciated is the biggest issue. Employees are taken for granted no matter how long they have dedicated to the company.

      Pros

      Excellent manager that listens and is always willing to help you out when needed. Flexibility in work schedule, good benefits, employees are all great, atmosphere has a positive vibe. Everyone on the team willing to lend a helping hand. Upper management is willing to help each employee become successful.

      Cons

      Can be long hours in peak season but that is normal for retail. Would like better raises/ bonus needed for the work put in.
