      This company is a great place to work if you are self-motivated, enjoy a fast paced work environment, and desire to be rewarded for hard work and dedication. Employees work as a team and are invested in the success of the entire company, not just their department. Upper management is willing to help each employee become successful. The office environment is friendly and family oriented. Many employees have been with the company over 10 years.

      The company operates in a direct response atmosphere, relying on the most current information to plan, so priorities change quickly and you have to be adaptable.

      Pros

      Stauer is great place to work! A positive atmosphere where the employees have a "can-do" attitude. It's a pleasure to work with a team where everyone is working together towards the same goal. It's family-oriented with flexibility for real life. A place where you work hard but also have fun!

      Cons

      Priorities and deadlines can shift very quickly but we all rally together to get things done.

      Pros

      This company is fast-paced, but nothing a dedicated employee can't handle. Not to mention, if your plate does get a little too full, there's always a lending hand around the office. This family-run company knows how life works, so they're flexible when life's little challenges arise. I've held jobs where I dreaded going to work each and every day, but with Stauer it's the opposite. With the positive feel, I truly feel like part of the family.

      Cons

      This isn't the place to be if you want to have some down-time or coast through your day. This is a very deadline-driven company, so employees must be accountable for their duties/performance at all times.
