Very Independent work. Parts of their management are outstanding, other members can't help you succeed.

Cons

Poor business structure that makes selling a lot less achievable. Future of demand for the luxury sales division is weak. Near 100% of customers are old boomers who are unfortunately dying. This way of selling often overpriced jewelry will prove to have no place in the modern world IMO.

Very low base pay and very difficult to make decent commissions because of commission structure. They frequently promote low ($19), ($39) price point items that mainly attract low income customers which are extremely hard to upsell.
