Remote, highly multitask friendly to where working another job or personal project is very doable. Various commission plans based on your skill level (lower hourly for more commission can exceed $50/hr, low skill in sales can maintain a consistent $18/hr instead). Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Poor PTO compensation if you’re in a higher commission plan

The remote work was nice, it was good to have schedule flexibility.

Cons

There was not a lot of direction. They barley trained you and had crazy high expectations.
