Pros

Great working environment with friendly co workers. The training is top notch and I was able to pick up the job quickly and was even given a promotion within 3 months. The pay is great as well, and has only increased as I have gotten better at my job.

Cons

Not much negative to say, great opportunities and excellent leadership.

Remote position after training is complete.

Cons

Low base, lower than advertised commissions, PTO is based on $10 per hour, failing business model due to advertising to an older population via catalogs. Also, no paid holidays and the only day they close is Christmas day.
