- An interesting job—almost unique in the world of web development and fintech. - Intelligent colleagues. - Constantly building new features and coding non-stop—something that’s becoming rare these days. - A nice office with free food and drinks.
Cons
- Harsh onboarding with no time to learn domain specifics. - Very fast-paced, often at the expense of quality and value (in my opinion). - Overworking is quite normal—make sure you can afford it (e.g., it may not align well with family life). - Speaking allegorically, there’s a large crocodile constantly chasing Near, snapping at its heels, forcing the company to run non-stop in an endless sprint. - In some teams, the tech stack is very limited, which may impact your market value.
