Colleagues make it worth working. Team based atmosphere

Cons

Expensive health insurance Good ole' boy system Management lie Deadlines are shortened without taking into account the "Actual" time it takes to get your designs done. "Blow and go" mentality. Accuracy of reviews and designs go out the window with the limited time we have to complete work. We were not making key hires Many missed opportunities chasing work

Very technical, creative for engineers - but boring workplace

Cons

Boring workplace, look down on people with lesser degrees than the engineers. Pretty snobby, unfriendly and overbearing.
