Not a lot of monotonous work, great place to learn how to do a lot of different things

Cons

Very little is standardized so the initial learning curve for the first 6 months can be daunting.

Learn about different substrates and how to design on your own. Diverse clientele so you can network relatively easily.

Cons

You are just given work and expected to figure out how to do it, regardless of how much design experience you have. The CAD program being used isn't a well known industry one like Solidworks.

Few positives of working here. Steady work, some interesting customer orders.

Cons

Many. The company contributes to deforestation and global co2 emissions by cutting down forests to make their product. Owned by a bunch of Swedish, pretty much a dead end job at each location. The corporate guys that travel around don't really do anything, and are condescending and rude/inappropriate when dealing with others. Low pay, and company aims for minimum wage for most workers. Managers expected to work a lot for low salaries.
