      Pros

      Freedom to a degree but watch your self if you decide to work for this company there is no work life balance it's all work

      Cons

      A lot of cons here, no set bonus structure, work life balance is terrible getting emails and calls from management at 23:30 on a Friday night and all over the weekend every week and if you decide to take annual leave you are expected to answer calls and emails and if you are on annual leave and are going anywhere where an existing client is based you are expected to go into see them when you are meant to be on leave. Overall stay clear

      Pros

      Traineeship in Sweden was amazing, global company with a good vision. some really nice colleagues in the Ghent office which I still see from time to time.

      Cons

      Local management was not into growing people, however now there's a new management in place so things could be different.
