Strong leadership team - filled with inspirational and motivational individuals Growing company - huge growth over last several years, new acquistions, new buildings Work life balance - it isn't just talked about, its promoted Great benefits package - company made large investment into employees healthcare, and PTO

Cons

Parking? No real cons have been experienced

Really great people much like a family. I absolutely loved them and working with the staff there. The culture there should be what other companies aspire to.

Cons

Starting salary was much lower that comparable jobs in the market.
