Pros
People here are awesome, super nice, and really accommodating. There are tons of non-benefit perks, like constant snacks (large variety), monthly potlucks, and yearly holiday parties. Really good benefits and pay. Pay (unless higher up) is your salary, and anything over 40 hrs is paid out through additional pay or PTO. The company is also an ESOP.
Cons
Work rollercoasters quite a bit, going from very low to quite a lot shortly. Although the company is growing extremely rapidly, so that will change.
