Pros

Nice people to work with, customers were always interesting. All retail workers had very short shifts on major holidays, which felt like a very fair and manageable solution since everyone wants to spend time with their families.

Cons

Occasional snobby customers. Sometimes felt like you were peddling expensive, but poorly made goods.

There are a lot of great opportunities while working at Nemacolin. They do provide some great benefits and discounts in and out of the resort.

Cons

There is no job security they fire people whenever they want for whatever they want. There is not actual unity within all departments together. So no one really respects anyone else.
