Great benefits/perks but culture and management needs work

Pros

The benefits were great. Received bonuses each year since the department targets were met. A new office space was built for the IT team so the facility was clean, modern, and contemporary. It offered spacious ergonomic cubicles, free coffee and filtered water, as well as a convenient store which had snacks and drinks for sale.

Cons

Priorities and direction constantly changing, no formal training structure, upper management and senior staff were very hands off and didn't offer much help to new hires. Departments seemed very siloed and segregated.
