An excellent company that makes changes for business growth and does not let grass grow under their feet. Doug is a CEO who is personally dedicated to the positive outcome of the Neo / Clarient integration. Commercial manages with an attitude of “we are kicking butt and could not do it without each and every one of you”.

Excellent benefits (health, dental, life, etc.) Relatively flexible Positive environment. Generally, employees and supervisors are smiling and upbeat, which makes it much easier to work.

Cons

Workload can be a bit too much sometimes.
