Very nice team and good scientists.

- This is one of the most poorly run organizations I've ever worked for. - Expected to work overtime everyday whith no additional benefits - Non-healthy work enviroment as a result of poor management

Worst experience ever

Pros

Good place if you are junior and looking for first work experience in lab.

Cons

I worked in Rolle site as technologist . Poor and toxic environment. Huge gap between tech and management. Managers are disconnected from lab and just looking for fancy titles. Career threats are common during lab meeting or one to one. If you want to evolve, be sure to butter up right people, to have nice posture and perfect smile. Your lab work is not considered, employee rating is completely subjective. Site management is like a dictatorship who loves to have praises from flatterers. Lab work is not considered, lack of fairness.
