pay's alright, but don't expect a raise ever.

Cons

Never promoted, never given advancement or opportunity to advance, always pushing productivity. MAnagement was very lackidasical. She had very little drive to improve anyone even herself.

NeoGenomics is a growing company that is exceeding in the market. Everything is going great. Great locations, great benefits, great employees, stock is almost $14. Makes me confident as an employee that I'm secure.

Cons

Parking can be hard during peak hours.

-World class molecular laboratory (AV) -CMO Dr.Albitar is a brilliant mind and as long as he is at the helm the sky is the limit for molecular. -Growth and training initiatives available -Bonus incentives are realistic

Cons

Some favoritism but as long as you work hard you’ll be able to navigate through the workplace politics.
