We agree and are delighted that our that our IT department — among others — is filled with very nice people as well! Regarding your second point; management is always working with our departments to better understand the valuable work they do, in order to help us be better leaders. We understand that a seeming lack of understanding from management can be frustrating, so we set the goal for ourselves to communicate effectively and often with every team in the company. We aim to provide transparency and openness within the company, and we appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for bringing attention to your concerns about management listening to problems identified by our capable lab technicians. We strongly encourage managers to be attentive so that their staff feels valued — and so that technical issues are caught — and we will continue to work with management teams to do so. We are proud that, in the last 6 months, have put all our managers and supervisor through management training and we will continue to build on these activities.
