Coworkers collaborative and willing to help, it's a good place for experience building.

Cons

Achievements are often minimally recognized, depending on department. Upper management seems to ignore the fact that retaining good workers requires better compensation and advancement.

Stay away from the IT department. It's extremely poorly managed. The managment has serious trust issues. Great ideas get ignored. Critical decision get ignored. Your job is at constant risk. You will be under paid. You will be worried about getting fired. The department has a very high turnover rate especially with new hires. Many new employees aren't capable of adapting to such a negative culture. People frequently get fired or let go without notice or cause. The company as a whole has extremely low morale. The company has a culture of shouting and screaming at people in meetings. Upper management is especially guilty of this. Many if not all the guys in IT are looking for other jobs. It's a depressing place to work. Please stay away.

We’re working hard to ensure the turnover rate in each of our departments is as low as it can be, so we appreciate feedback on our strengths and weaknesses. Regarding the youth of some of our managers — we feel that our management includes some of the best and brightest people, regardless of their age. We have a wide range of age levels in our various levels of management, but all come equipped with years of experience for the job.
