Pros

Managers are nice and understand that family is a priority for employees. Has the potential to be a great company.

Cons

The pay is not at all what we are worth as workers. They always say how much money we are making but when it comes to raises once a year they like to only give the standard price of living raises.

Great people, great health benefits and decent number of vacation days. The work is never difficult but sometimes complex.

Cons

The pay. Way below average, and they really push for a lot of overtime. This sucks if you're salary.

Good benefits, somewhat relaxed environment, staff is friendly and easy to get along with. Brand new facilities that are constantly being added on to.

Cons

The wage is embarrassingly low. Management plays favorites instead of hiring the most qualified. Not a great work/life balance, not many vacation days. No clear career path.
